Licences are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated. A renewal reminder will be sent to the company admin via email. Should a company decide not to renew access to the platform will be suspended from the renewal date. All data will remain stored on the platform for 90 days or until it is confirmed that isla may delete it, whichever is sooner. Should you renew your licence after 90 days has lapsed, previous data may not be available within the platform.
