One option is to create a separate event for each venue. But if you want to see all the data on a single dashboard, you'll need to use the Supplier feature.
METHOD 1: working directly with venues.
You can invite your venues directly to the event in TRACE from the Event Home page, 'Manage Suppliers'. It will look something like this:

Each module will have a tab for your data as Event Producer, and other tabs for each supplier. For example:

METHOD 2: a workaround to separate the data still.
If your venues aren't able to enter the data directly, but are able to send it to you -- or if you want to use the estimation features -- then we recommend using 'fake' suppliers to create the tabs.
You can do this with fake emails, for example:
Venue 1 - venue1@example.com
Venue 2 - venue2@example.com
You can then go into each tab yourself to edit / estimate the data.

GENERAL NOTES:
1. Suppliers do not have access to anyone's data other than their own, nor can they see the event details or dashboard.
2. Supplier data needs to be 'Marked as Accepted' before it will appear in the dashboard. This step allows you to confirm that the data is reasonable and as expected before you add it into your event totals.
3. If you don't have Supplier invites available, please contact chris@weareisla.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
4. Longer-term, this multi-venue set-up can also be done using a Parent-Child relationship. This feature will be available in 2025.
