How do I create a connection?

  • Once you’ve had connections turned on for your account, the admins in a company will see the connections tab on the top menu bar.
  • From here you can send requests to connect to other TRACE users.
  • Enter the email associated with the company you’d like to connect with. 
  • The connection request will be sent to the admins of the company who will need to approve the connection. The request will always go to the admin of the company for approval regardless of the role of the email that you send the request to. 
  • You can also view the status of your requests on the sent connections tab.
